Testimonials

“The art of giving fine service can only be mastered through actual practice. Timothy Low is a long-time practitioner of this fine art and, in this book, clearly communicates how it is done. Read it. Then do it.”

Professor Maurice Choo

Chairman, The Farrer Park Company

Adjunct Professor, Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine

“Dr. Timothy Low’s book highlights how to be a CEO, a leader that the employees will look up to and follow when growing the business. This book also emphasizes service, service, and service, which is so relevant in the hospitality business, be it in the F&B, healthcare, hotel, or airline industries. I would recommend all service captains to read this book & remember the incidents mentioned so as not to repeat them again, and to avoid similar situations. My congratulations to Dr. Low for coming out with this book, which will benefit all in the service industry.”

“Dr. Timothy Low led the transformation of two of Singapore’s major hospitals from ordinary places to award-winning hospitals—known far and wide for both superior patient outcomes and excellent service to the patients, their families, and the community. The Triangulation Of Success provides numerous practical recommendations and examples so other executives can do the same at their organizations.”

Professor David Ahlstrom

Professor of Department of Management

The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School

“When Tim and I were working together, one of the things that most impressed me was his kindness. Being a seasoned leader with a strong idea of where he wants to go, he never went anywhere without making sure that he could motivate people to follow him on his way.

Tim truly and deeply cares about the individual, and this also is an essential message of his wonderful book. It explains how you can become a leader who does his magic by caring, encouraging innovation, and listening to the needs of both customers and employees. The examples Tim provides in his book show how we all can learn from each other to become the best and most successful leader we can be.”

Dr. Martina Muttke

Mentor, Adviser, and Speaker

Former Head Medical International, SHIRE

“If a leader writes from his heart and from his own practice, sharing the story of getting meaningful results for the people outside and inside the organization (and not forgetting the realistic profitability), it is mostly worth reading and so is Timothy’s authentic discourse of years being there. The consistency throughout this book is energizing and motivating, and makes hard-to-find leadership lessons extremely accessible. The models he uses are nice and solid, but the values behind his work are the core of everything that is conveyed.”

Professor Peter Robertson

Psychiatrist, Creator of AEM-Cube, and Executive Lecturer

Visiting Research Fellow at Nyenrode Business University

“I have had the privilege of working with Tim for more than 2 decades. What he captured in the Triangulation of Success was the customer’s satisfaction journey with companies that sell services or products, which he argues well with many illustrations and anecdotes. In my view, the Triangulation of Success comes with practical pointers on how to generate the ‘wow experience’ within the triangle of engagement of employer, employee and customer. Tim’s experience as a service mogul has won him many accolades and recognition — it boils down to how much he cares.”

Dr. Stephen Phua

Chairman, Menarini Biomarkers

Board Member, Zuellig Pharma

“Tim Low has synthesized the learnings from a number of corporate successes and failures and applied this knowledge to his own  management of a large hospital group in Singapore with very successful results. This book serves as  an excellent reminder that we can always learn from unrelated and diverse companies and use that knowledge to benefit our own business.”

Dr. F John Mills

Former Chairman and CEO of BioStorage Technologies Inc

United States of America

“The Triangulation Of Success reminds us that inspiring leadership begins with empathy. Dr. Timothy reveals some excellent insights into how to connect and communicate with your employees.”

Mukul Deva

Founder of Influence Solutions and MSD Security

“Great real-life scenarios and insights on how Dr. Low developed a resilient, flexible, growth-oriented, visionary, and holistic mindset from both employees’ and patients’ perspectives. Ultimately, his approach has successfully adapted to situations that positively impacted the hospital culture. I strongly recommend Dr. Low’s book for anyone seeking proven strategies to strengthen their teams, transform organizational culture, and maximize performance.”
